Shipping Worker - Case Dock

The Shipping Worker for the Case Dock will supply empty cases to the plant to maintain/improve efficiency standards.

The schedule is as follows:

Monday 6:00am - noon

Tuesday OFF

Wednesday 10:00am - 5:00pm

Thursday 2:00pm - 9:00pm

Friday 10:00am - 3:00pm

Saturday 6:00am - 10:00am

Sunday OFF

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be organized and detail oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Must be able to work weekends, and varying shifts (days, evening, nights)
• Must maintain a valid forklift certification issued by the company

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: 

• Must be able to stand/walk on your feet constantly during your shift.
• Must be able to repetitively lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to constantly pull up to 270 lbs. with a pull rod while walking backwards.
• Position requires frequent lifting, reaching, climbing, pulling, stooping, bending, and kneeling.
• Must be able to work outside and be exposed to the outside weather/temperature conditions.
• Maintain constant mental focus and constantly be aware of surroundings.

• Empty cases from the trailers while stacking the empty pallets and then washing the trailer out.
• Keep work area neat and clean at all times during the shift.
• Clean the case washers on a daily basis to ensure the proper cleaning of cases being supplied to the plant.
• Check and document the case washer temperature.
• Check and document cleaning solution concentration at least once per shift according to the Master Sanitation schedule.
• Complete all assigned paperwork.
