Maintain mechanical equipment and facilities and to aid in the manufacturing of all company products in a safe and sanitary work environment.
Qualifications
One-year certificate from college or technical school; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience within the food and beverage industry preferred
Overtime and working on some holidays

The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.
Must have full range of body motion.
Responsibilities
Ability to disassemble and assemble all parts of machines and support equipment according to the manufacturers, specifications
Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment as scheduled
Have a basic understanding of hydraulics
Rebuilding gearboxes and drives
Rebuilding valves and pumps
Ability to read electrical schematics - preferred
Electronic and PLC troubleshooting and repair - preferred
Ensure full compliance with all company safety policies and procedures
Provide own hand tools (wrenches, sockets both standard and metric, pliers, screwdrivers)
