Overview

This position is responsible for completing data entry for Fleet maintenance, transportation and refrigeration equipment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or Two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written) with anyone they come in contact with during the course of their work day
  • Intermediate Excel user
  • Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task effectively

Responsibilities

  • Input and provide purchase order information to vendors and fleet mechanics.
  • Maintain data in the fleet software consistent with policies and procedures.
  • Provide information to corporate fleet personnel when necessary.
  • Track transferred units, mileage, fuel, parts, etc.
  • Maintain transportation billing for Borden internal transportation.
  • Maintain database for refrigeration equipment
  • Provide information and paperwork for the shipping and receiving of refrigeration equipment
  • Order and maintain all fuel inventories
  • Schedule Heavy Highway Vehicles and Maintenance, responsible for all tags and registrations
