This position is responsible for completing data entry for Fleet maintenance, transportation and refrigeration equipment.
Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or Two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written) with anyone they come in contact with during the course of their work day
Intermediate Excel user
Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task effectively
Responsibilities
Input and provide purchase order information to vendors and fleet mechanics.
Maintain data in the fleet software consistent with policies and procedures.
Provide information to corporate fleet personnel when necessary.
Track transferred units, mileage, fuel, parts, etc.
Maintain transportation billing for Borden internal transportation.
Maintain database for refrigeration equipment
Provide information and paperwork for the shipping and receiving of refrigeration equipment
Order and maintain all fuel inventories
Schedule Heavy Highway Vehicles and Maintenance, responsible for all tags and registrations
